Project Manager/Coordinator (Remote)

Workplace type: Remote

Schedule: Full time or Part time

Location: Latin America

Employment type: Contractor

Some teams have great people and great ideas, but projects still drift, priorities blur, and tasks get stuck between “we should” and “it’s done.” This role exists to prevent that.

We are looking for a Project Manager Coordinator to support U.S. based teams working across product, engineering, operations, and partnerships. Your job is to create structure, keep work moving, and make sure commitments turn into real outcomes. You do not need to be the loudest person in the room. You do need to be the person who sees what’s missing, writes it down clearly, assigns ownership, and follows it through to completion.

What is fundamental

Strong English is required. You will communicate daily in English with U.S. based stakeholders. English will be evaluated during the selection process.

Just as important, we are looking for someone with strong disposition, maturity, and a genuine willingness to learn. If you are coachable, proactive, and you take pride in being reliable, you will do well here.

What you will do

You will support projects from early definition to delivery. That includes:

  • Turning vague ideas or requests into clear scopes, tasks, owners, and timelines
  • Building lightweight project plans that people actually follow
  • Coordinating across functions to keep everyone aligned on priorities and deadlines
  • Tracking deliverables, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and keeping communication tight
  • Running meetings when needed: agenda, notes, action items, and follow through
  • Keeping documentation clean and decision history easy to find
  • Escalating issues early, with options and recommended next steps
  • Helping teams execute consistently in a fast paced, remote environment

This is a coordination role, but it touches real project management responsibilities. You will be close to decision makers, exposed to different types of initiatives, and expected to think ahead, not just react.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational habits and follow through
  • Comfort working with remote teams and overlapping with U.S. time zones
  • A structured way of communicating: clear, concise, and actionable

Bonus (not required): familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, Linear, monday.com, ClickUp, and Slack. If you have not used them before, that is fine. We can teach the tools. What matters is your ability to learn quickly and stay organized.

Compensation

Compensation depends on experience and scope. During the application, you will share your expected hourly rate or monthly range.

Hiring process

To be considered, you will complete a short structured evaluation:

  1. Google Form (3 to 4 minutes): role fit questions and availability (full time or part time)
  2. Interview scheduling: if you are a strong fit, we will schedule an initial interview
  3. Client interview: if everything looks good, you will meet one on one with our North American client

How to apply

Apply to this vacancy and complete the form. If your application shows a strong fit, we will move forward with interview scheduling.
