Project Coordinator (Remote)


Job Summary

Our West Michigan Client has a contract opportunity for a Project Coordinator. This is a remote role for candidates in or near Michigan. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator with experience working in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings, vendor coordination, documentation, updating project documents, communication and escalation of problems and risks.
  • Creates schedules and updates project plans.
  • Assists in information collection and validations.
  • Helps prepare status reports and presentations.

Qualifications

2+ years Project Coordinator experience

Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills Are Required.

Must have experience coordinating technology projects

Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.

ServiceNow experience is a plus.
