About the Role

This position involves leading strategic partnerships, cultivating relationships, and driving organizational growth.

You’ll work with individuals who are exploring new possibilities - helping them determine fit, align next steps, and connect with programs that support their personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities include executing program initiatives, overseeing account management, and creating and implementing strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate will also support sales efforts and contribute to business development strategies.

This is a relationship-led, strategy-informed position focused on long-term value and meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Build and steward strategic relationships with individuals aligned to our programs and values
Lead consultative, values-based conversations to understand goals, priorities, and readiness
Help people connect big-picture vision with practical, aligned action
Support program and partnership growth by aligning daily engagement with broader strategy
Maintain thoughtful follow-up and relationship continuity using established systems
Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-trust remote team
