Program Delivery Manager - Remote

This leadership role is ideal for someone who excels at managing multiple priorities and guiding teams toward shared outcomes. You’ll oversee program delivery, support performance, and ensure initiatives are executed with consistency and quality.

We’re seeking an experienced Program Delivery Specialist who has the skills to deliver initiatives that make a real impact. We provide online Development Programs backed with International Live Events that make a difference to people's lives.  

This is a performance-based role with compensation from the profit made from the sale of products. 

 

  • Responsibilities  
  • Administer purpose-led projects that support career reinvention and lifestyle improvement.  
  • Learn and implement digital marketing strategies (training provided)  
  • Collaborate to deliver programs, content, and strong campaign executions  
  • Manage the information process with strategic sourcing while maintaining disciplined administration control. 
  • Provide and facilitate training where necessary 
  • Participate in virtual, Live and personal development events.

  • Experienced communicator and a logical, confident thinker. 
  • Have strong administration skills and like consistency of daily activations 
  • Passionate about empowering others and helping them succeed.  
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in an autonomous performance-based role. 
  • Willing to work in a self-directed business framework (not salaried or wage) 
  • Must have a minimum of +7 years full time work experience - not suitable for students
