Compensation: Industry-standard, paid weekly via Stripe Connect

This is a short-term opportunity to work on a leading AI research project that integrates human product design judgment into AI training. You will use your professional experience to assess interface quality, user journeys, and product design preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Apply your design expertise to evaluate and provide structured feedback on product design examples

Review mockups and user flows for usability clarity and visual design quality

Support the development of structured content used to train AI systems

Work asynchronously on your own schedule

Ideal Background

Three or more years of experience at a top tech or design-focused company

Proficiency in Figma Sketch or Adobe XD

Experience providing user experience and product design feedback

Ability to create and assess product mockups

Strong attention to design details and user-centered thinking

Must reside in the United States United Kingdom or Canada

Additional Details

A short paid assessment is required before onboarding

This role is fully remote and asynchronous

You will be classified as an at-will independent contractor
