Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Assistant to support our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, facilitate project coordination, and assist in maintaining project governance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the PMO team
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Assist in project reporting and dashboard updates
- Support project managers with data collection and analysis
- Facilitate project governance processes and compliance
- Help maintain PMO templates and tools
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of administrative or project support experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a PMO or project management role
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
