Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Playwright Automation Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC. The ideal candidate will develop automation frameworks, enhance IRM/GRC modules, and ensure smooth integration between automation tools and ServiceNow workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Playwright-based automation frameworks for ServiceNow IRM/GRC.

Build automation scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript for UI, API, and E2E automation.

Configure and enhance ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk.

Collaborate with business, QA, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot issues related to automation, performance, and scripting.

Ensure best practices in automation architecture and code quality.

Required Skills

Minimum 4+ years in automation/testing or development.

Strong hands-on experience in Playwright (mandatory).

Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.

Good understanding of automation frameworks and API testing.

Experience in Agile/Scrum.

Good to Have

Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or API frameworks.

ServiceNow IRM/GRC certifications.

Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
