Key Responsibilities

Phone & Outreach Marketing

Conduct outbound calls to clinics, group practices, primary care offices, hospitals,

IPAs/CINs, and community referral sources.

Follow call lists and talking points; document outcomes in shared trackers.

Coordinate follow-up calls, emails, and brief check-in meetings with interested partners.

Support our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Psychology Today, and key

directories.

Help with basic marketing assets (flyers, brochures, simple landing pages, email

templates).

Assist with short content (posts, announcements) for email and social media.

Projects & Reporting

Take ownership of defined projects (e.g., nursing home outreach in WA, CIN awareness

in FL/CA, referral campaigns).

Track basic metrics (calls, leads, responses, meetings booked) and share concise

weekly/biweekly summaries.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or medical practice marketing preferred.

Comfortable with phone outreach (cold/warm calls) and professional email

communication.

Familiarity with basic digital tools (email platforms, LinkedIn, simple design tools like

Canva) is a plus.

Strong organization and accurate tracking/documentation habits.

Able to work independently with clear goals and deadlines.

Available for brief check-in meetings during Eastern Time business hours.

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: ~8–10 hours per week, with extra hours per project as needed.

Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap with Eastern Time.

Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience.
