Accountabilities

  • Coordinate with the patient financial services team in the operations of daily job responsibilities
  • Evaluate processes and procedures and coordinate with the management team to ensure adherence to laws and regulations
  • Provide clear and timely guidance to team members for efficient claims resolution
  • Monitor and manage critical SLAs, including billing work in progress and cash collections
  • Drive reduction in denial rates through cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure efficient processes and knowledge sharing
  • Support Human Resource guidance and team development
  • Manage, review, and monitor department budget
  • Lead the patient financial services team in daily operations

Requirements

  • Effective organization and planning skills with the ability to manage complex projects
  • Proven analytical skills to synthesize and interpret data for performance improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear direction and stakeholder influence
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to align with business objectives
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • U.S. work authorization required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Direct Supervisory Experience required
  • 1-3 years of Patient Financial Services experience preferred
  • 5+ years of healthcare operations experience
