Outbound Call Assistant (Remote, Flexible Hours) – UK Based Applicants Only
We are looking for a confident, well spoken communicator based in the UK to make short introduction calls to homecare agencies. This role involves brief, friendly conversations to introduce an idea and check interest. It is not a sales role and there is no pressure or hard selling involved.
What you will be doing
• Making short outbound introduction calls to UK homecare agencies from a provided list
• Speaking clearly and professionally with managers or office staff
• Explaining the idea in simple, natural language
• Checking interest and next steps
• Sending a follow up email where appropriate
• Keeping brief notes on outcomes
Most calls last around 30 to 60 seconds.
