Organizational Change Manager - Remote
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client seeking a Remote Organizational Change Manager on a contract basis. The Remote Organizational Change Manager will be tasked with creating the global change management strategy, determine change impact across functions, as well as create integrated communication plan across all transformation workstreams. This role will also develop templates for consistent messaging and Establish agendas, objectives, and expected outcomes.

Requirements
- Must have 7+ years in organizational change management experience
- Must have experience supporting global system implementations
- Must have strong executive communication capabilities
- Must have experience designing training and adoption strategies
- Must be able to work cross-functionally across business and IT
- Must be able to problem solve and multi-task
