We’re currently expanding our network and looking for licensed mortgage agents to join our national team.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to assess their financing needs and offer tailored mortgage solutions.
Submit mortgage applications to lenders and negotiate terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
Stay informed on current lending products, policies, and market conditions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., FSRA, AMF, etc.).

Requirements

Valid Mortgage Agent License in your province
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have:

Background in banking, lending, or financial services.
Existing client book or referral network.
Experience using mortgage CRM and digital tools.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with high income potential.
