We are a growing portfolio of confidential organizations focused primarily on safety, training, and security solutions. We are looking for a dedicated, results-driven SEO professional to join our team and manage the organic search presence for all our company ventures. This is a critical in-house role where you will directly impact our business growth across various industries (e.g., training, security services, and consulting).


The Role


As our Mid-Level SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing search engine strategies across our portfolio of websites. You will be expected to improve organic rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase conversion rates across diverse business models (e.g., lead generation, course registration, security contracts).


This role requires a balanced mix of technical knowledge, content strategy, and analytical reporting.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Execution (70%)


  • Multi-Domain Management: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits for all assigned business websites simultaneously. This includes developing unique SEO strategies tailored to each brand's business model and target audience (e.g., local SEO for service-based businesses vs. informational content SEO for training platforms).


  • Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, site speed optimization, schema markup implementation, XML sitemaps, and HTTPS structure.


  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website structure, internal linking, URL architecture, and create compelling metadata (Title Tags and Meta Descriptions).


  • Content Strategy: Work with the content team to ensure all new and existing content is fully optimized for targeted keywords and user intent across different platforms, including blog posts, service pages, and product listings.


  • Off-Page SEO: Execute link-building strategies, including identifying high-quality link opportunities and performing outreach.


Reporting & Analysis (30%)


  • Performance Monitoring: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and industry tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor organic search performance.


  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue impact to company leadership, making specific recommendations for next steps.


  • Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and experiments related to SEO elements to continuously improve performance.


Required Qualifications


  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven, hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).


  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise in essential SEO tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and at least one paid tool (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz).


  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as they relate to SEO, and experience working within Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.


  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


  • Autonomy: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.


Compensation and Benefits


  • Location: Remote (Based in Pakistan).


  • Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and international standards (Estimated range: $6,000–$10,000 CAD Annually).
