The Role
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact, revenue-focused marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Spearhead growth across commercial services and membership through rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Manage and coach a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Oversee the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation to retention and advocacy.
- Act as the guardian of brand standards, ensuring creative quality and tone of voice remain consistent across all digital and offline platforms.
- Proven experience delivering performance-driven marketing campaigns with a strong focus on revenue generation and commercial ROI.
- Expertise in the digital marketing stack, including Google Analytics, paid social, PPC, and email automation tools (CRM).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing direct reports and managing external agency partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at a senior level and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- A data-first mindset, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable marketing strategies and measurable outcomes.
