Manager or Director of Client Service (Digital Brand Marketing) - REMOTE Responsibilities


• Serve as the primary contact for brand clients, managing day-to-day communications

• Translate client goals into data-backed, actionable marketing strategies

• Lead performance discussions and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders

• Monitor campaign performance across channels and optimize based on insights

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and tracking

• Oversee billing, pacing, reporting, and reconciliations with accuracy

• Document all meetings and communications with clear, actionable notes

• Attend trade shows, conferences, and in-person client meetings to drive growth

• Stay up to date on affiliate, paid media, and consumer acquisition trends

• Identify new opportunities to expand client partnerships and drive revenue


Manager or Director of Client Service (Digital Brand Marketing) - REMOTE Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree is required

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing is required

• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is required

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.) are required

• Ability to travel up to 20% is required (quarterly travel to PA + client meetings & trade shows)

• Ability to work EST hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) is required
