Responsibilities
- Identify companies in key verticals (aerospace, building materials, manufacturing, etc.) that align with the company’s service profile.
- Use email, LinkedIn, and phone to connect with logistics decision-makers — from shipping managers to supply chain directors.
- Understand the customer’s freight profile, pain points, and technology needs to determine potential fit.
- Schedule and prepare qualified meetings for Account Executives; participate in early conversations to ensure a seamless handoff.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM (Salesdash) and use AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and analytics to refine outreach.
- Provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and vertical-specific insights that improve lead generation.
- Own your daily metrics — outreach volume, connect rate, meetings booked, and qualified leads.
- Driven to grow into a full-cycle sales or account management role within 12–24 months.
- Prior experience in logistics, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Energized by connecting with new people and learning their business.
- Skilled at written and verbal communication: clear, concise, and human.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools.
- Naturally curious, articulate, and resilient.
