Position~ Loan Officer Assistant (Remote)/ Mortgage industry We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to support loan officers with file setup, documentation, communication, and pipeline coordination. This role is essential for ensuring an exceptional borrower experience and maintaining accurate, complete, and efficiently progressing loan files. ** Responsibilities~**
Loan File Setup & Organization
Create and maintain loan files in LOS and CRM Review applications for accuracy and completeness Keep digital files organized and compliant Track milestones, deadlines, and outstanding items
Client Communication
Act as a secondary point of contact for borrowers Provide status updates via phone and email Request missing documents and explain next steps clearly
Document Collection & Review
Request income, asset, credit, and other documents Verify completeness before uploading Properly label and organize documents in LOS Assist in clearing conditions with the loan officer and processor
Pipeline Management
Monitor active pipeline daily Maintain task lists and follow‑up reminders Identify potential issues and escalate promptly

- 3-4 years of mortgage industry experience (required) -Strong understanding of mortgage documentation & loan structure -Experience with LOS systems (Encompass, Calyx, LendingPad, etc.) -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas) -English C1 level - Excellent written and email communication
