Lead Generation Specialist - Remote
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and confident Lead Generation Executive to support our UK sales team. This role is fully remote and will focus on generating qualified sales opportunities for our Business Development Managers and Product Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective UK-based clients
- Handle inbound phone calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads against defined criteria
- Book meetings for Business Development Managers and Product Specialists
- Prepare customer quotations using product information and pricing guidance
- Follow up on issued quotations to maximise conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track pipeline activity
- Follow up on warm leads and previous enquiries
- Support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Provide weekly activity and performance reporting.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead Supply: 30-40 new qualified leads per business unit per week
- Tele sales Output: 30 outbound calls per day
- Meeting Conversion Rate: 15–25% of calls resulting in booked meetings, and work closely with the Business Development manager to ensure full days of meetings are achieved
- Pipeline Accuracy: 95%+ opportunities with correct stage and next action
- Pipeline Hygiene: <5% overdue follow-ups
- Data Quality: 95%+ verified contact information
- CRM Adoption: 100% weekly usage compliance
- Reporting: 100% on-time delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales
- Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable working UK business hours
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Target-driven and motivated by performance metrics
- Experience using CRM systems
- Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely
- Ability to influence, motivate, and drive accountability across the sales team.
