Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of suitability reports and financial planning documentation.

• Conduct product and fund research using internal systems and external tools.

• Articulate information clearly and concisely, both written (for reports) and verbally (for collaboration).

• Support the collation of client information and documentation.

• Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and GDPR requirements.

• Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all interactions.

• Liaise with providers to obtain policy information and valuations.

• Remain up to date with evolving tax laws and regulatory standards.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client service.
