Role Overview

Kyra is growing and we’re on the hunt for an exceptional Internal Recruiter to help us build the future of our team. This isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about finding the right people to shape our culture, fuel our creativity, and drive our momentum.

This is a 3 month FTC with a chance to extend based on growth.

✨ What you'll do:

Own end-to-end hiring journey
Partner closely with leaders across the business
Champion candidate experience (and employer brand
Bring smart, strategic thinking to how we scale

✅ 2- 4 years of in-house or agency experience (ideally both)

✅ Confident sourcing, screening, and managing multiple pipelines

✅ Collaborative, curious, and obsessed with finding great people
