Overview of the role:

The Growth Product Manager position focuses on supporting the development and execution of growth initiatives to help achieve revenue expansion. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other marketing teams, collaborating with data and leadership while supporting high-impact experiments, helping streamline systems and processes, and identifying growth opportunities using data insights.

Key responsibilities:

- Developing and executing growth strategies to support company revenue initiatives.

- Identifying, evaluating, and designing initiatives that deliver business impact.

- Supporting people, processes, and systems to help improve team effectiveness.

- Working with and supporting Growth Product Managers, designers, and engineers.

- Ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment between teams.

Requirements:

- Product Management Experience: Background in in Growth and/or Product Management roles within the Tech or SaaS industry.

- Team Support: Experience working with or supporting Product Managers or Growth teams.

- Education: Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related field.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Work or Study Experience: At least 3 years of work or study experience in the US.

- Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
