Head of Administration I Remote (Canada-based)


Role Overview

Get Levrg is building a more process-driven, scalable operating model. The Head of Administration (Canada) will own the internal administrative operating system for Get Levrg Inc—covering company documentation, workflows, playbooks, corporate records, access governance, and Canada employee administration (contracts, performance admin support, and benefits coordination).

This role is ideal for a detail-obsessed operator who loves building structure, driving adoption, and ensuring our internal systems are organized, auditable, and easy to run—so leadership can spend more time working on the business.


Role Responsibilities

-Own and operate the company’s internal administrative operating system, including SOPs, workflows, playbooks, and governance standards

-Design, document, and continuously improve company-wide administrative processes with strong adoption and compliance

-Serve as the single source of truth for company files, documentation, and knowledge management systems

-Own and maintain the company wiki/knowledge base, ensuring content is structured, searchable, current, and consistently governed

-Design and operate company-wide user access governance, including joiner/mover/leaver workflows, access reviews, and least-privilege standards

-Create and manage Google Workspace governance, including onboarding/offboarding workflows, shared drive ownership, and license audits

-Administer and govern the company’s tech stack inventory, ownership, renewals, and access continuity

-Ensure administrative data backup practices and continuity coverage across critical systems

-Own and maintain the corporate data room, keeping legal, insurance, and corporate records audit-ready

-Coordinate corporate insurance administration and benefits processes for Canada/North America employees

-Administer Canada employee documentation, including contracts, amendments, secure recordkeeping, and performance review logistics

-Maintain org charts and internal directories to support leadership visibility and access governance

-Research and track relevant grants and government programs, coordinating documentation and submissions with internal owners

-Partner cross-functionally with leadership, legal, finance, IT, and external advisors to keep operations tight and scalable

 

Requirements

-5+ years of experience in Administration, Business Operations, or a process-heavy operations role

-Proven experience building and owning SOPs, workflows, playbooks, and governance systems

-Hands-on experience administering or governing Google Workspace

-Strong experience managing confidential corporate and employee documentation

-Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to structure, clarity, and detail

-Highly organized, systems-minded, and comfortable creating order from ambiguity

-Ability to work independently with strong ownership, follow-through, and accountability

-Access to a reliable desktop or laptop computer.


Salary Range: 60,000 to 80,000 CAD (Annually).
