Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Reservations Coordinator to assist clients with booking and confirming travel arrangements. This fully remote position supports the coordination of flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages while ensuring accuracy and a positive client experience.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and confirm travel reservations for clients

Review booking details including dates, traveler information, and payment schedules

Communicate professionally with clients regarding itinerary updates and travel requirements

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Provide support before departure and follow up after travel as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth booking processes

Qualifications
