**What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

**

  • Provide administrative support to the New York administration team, including assistance with mail outs, client invoicing, and CRM management
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure client meeting rooms are maintained and presentable
  • Monitor shared inboxes and forward messages to recipients as necessary
  • Book travel for Partners, including airport transfers and interstate meeting room bookings
  • Attend to various administrative duties as directed by client service staff and administration staff

**What Is Required (Qualifications)

**

  • Prior administration or reception experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, personable nature
  • Strong work ethic with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
  • High attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work
