We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer (React, Node.js, AWS, MySQL) to join a fast-moving software engineering team building scalable, modern solutions. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.

This role is ideal for a technically confident developer who thrives in both front-end and back-end environments and is comfortable taking full ownership of a solo build during a product’s Proof of Concept (POC) phase. If you’re fluent in React, Node.js, AWS (especially EC2 and RDS), and MySQL, and enjoy building secure SaaS or on-prem hybrid solutions, this could be your next big project.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js

  • Manage and optimize MySQL databases for application performance and reliability

  • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS, including EC2 and RDS

  • Lead the development of a product's POC phase — working independently to deliver front-end and back-end solutions

  • Improve and maintain existing platforms across SaaS and on-prem delivery models

  • Contribute to API integrations and ensure seamless data communication between components

What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:


  • Proven experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio or track record of delivering end-to-end web solutions

  • Are proficient in JavaScript, particularly with React and Node.js

  • Have hands-on experience with MySQL, including writing queries and database optimization

  • Are highly experienced in AWS, specifically EC2 and RDS

  • Can confidently work solo during early-stage development and contribute across the full SDLC

  • Are comfortable with Git version control and documentation practices

  • Understand SaaS and hybrid deployment environments

  • Communicate clearly and manage your time effectively in remote setups


 

What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:


  • Prior experience building platforms offered as both SaaS and on-premise

  • Familiarity with AWS tools such as Lambda, S3, or CloudFormation

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • A passion for performance optimization, security, and scalable architecture

  • Experience contributing to early-stage product architecture or roadmap planning


 

Work Schedule & Employment Terms


  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday

  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
