Freelanceing Instructor – Freelance (Remote)


About the Role
USAM is seeking a skilled and engaging Freelancing Instructor to record a short, high-value crash course (1.5–2 hours).
All course content and structure are already prepared; your role is to deliver the material clearly, professionally, and interactively.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced trainers who enjoy teaching and want to contribute to a fast-growing EdTech platform impacting thousands of learners across the Arab world.

Responsibilities :

•Record an engaging online crash course (1.5–2 hours) using your own recording equipment.
•Deliver pre-prepared course content clearly, confidently, and in an interactive manner.
•Follow the provided course outline, scripts, and instructional guidelines.
•Ensure high-quality audio and video with professional on-camera presence.
•Explain concepts in a simple, practical, and learner-friendly way.
•Share relevant real-world insights and examples from professional experience.
•Apply feedback from the USAM team and re-record or adjust lessons when needed.
•Commit to agreed timelines and recording deadlines.


Requirements :

• Proven expertise in freelancing
• Previous experience in training, teaching, coaching, or content delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify concepts and engage learners
• Professional home recording setup (camera, microphone, quiet workspace)
• Ability to commit to short project timelines
• Comfortable presenting on camera

Nice to Have :

• Experience teaching online courses
• Ability to bring real examples from industry experience
• Familiarity with modern digital learning trends
