Freelance Data Analyst (Entry Level) (Remote)

Job_Summary:

Find.co is redefining performance marketing in crypto, and they are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Data Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team. This role focuses on delivering reporting use cases, building dashboards, analyzing datasets, and surfacing insights to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Execute defined analytical tasks and reporting deliverables as assigned by the Lead Data Analyst.

• Build dashboards and reports using enterprise BI tools that clearly communicate trends, metrics, and performance indicators.

• Perform analysis on structured datasets using SQL and other query tools.

• Support the team in surfacing trends, anomalies, and opportunities using clear visual storytelling techniques.

• Collaborate with other BI team members to ensure alignment on logic, formatting, and delivery expectations.

Qualifications:

-Required:

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst role.

• Strong SQL skills with demonstrated experience querying and analysing large datasets.

• Proven experience working with at least one enterprise BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Ability to create clear, well-structured dashboards that support data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in English for internal team communication.

-Preferred:

• Experience with ThoughtSpot (our current BI tool).

• Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery or DBT.

• Previous experience working in the iGaming or Crypto industries.

• Exposure to sprint-based delivery environments or task management tools like Jira.
