About the Role


MFH is seeking experienced food industry professionals and successful migrant business owners to join our curated Mentor Network as independent contractors.


Mentors provide structured, time-bound virtual sessions to founders seeking guidance in specific operational or compliance-related areas.


This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment position.


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver structured virtual mentoring sessions
  • Provide practical, experience-based guidance within defined expertise areas
  • Help founders understand operational processes and risk considerations
  • Maintain professional boundaries and session timeframes
  • Operate in accordance with MFH platform standards


Areas of Experience Sought
