What The Financial Systems Analyst Does At Worldwide
The Financial Systems Analyst is the first point of contact for stakeholders and is responsible for managing the support desks. Leveraging project financial and Certinia expertise, the Financial Systems Analyst will troubleshoot help requests, resolving as many as possible before escalating to technical support. The Analyst will ensure that all requests are resolved and documented in a timely manner. In addition, they will be responsible for system testing and post-production verification of platform changes.

What The Financial Systems Analyst Does At Worldwide
The Financial Systems Analyst is the first point of contact for stakeholders and is responsible for managing the support desks. Leveraging project financial and Certinia expertise, the Financial Systems Analyst will troubleshoot help requests, resolving as many as possible before escalating to technical support. The Analyst will ensure that all requests are resolved and documented in a timely manner. In addition, they will be responsible for system testing and post-production verification of platform changes.
What Will You Do
- Leverage project and Certinia expertise to manage, diagnose, categorize, resolve and document requests from the Certinia Service Desk.
- Escalate requests that require technical assistance with detailed background documentation on the reason for the escalation.
- Validate platform changes before and after production deployment.
- Stay current on Certinia changes and how they impact stakeholders.
- Manage users, including granting access and updating permissions in both Certinia and NetSuite.
- Understanding of the financial aspects of projects from Study Award to Project Close Out
- Ability to diagnose financially related help requests and determine the escalation or resolution path
- Ability to progressively increase technical understanding of Certinia
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
- Ability to influence and challenge as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information, including English language proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 Year of CRO Experience
- 3 Years of business operations, project management, or accounting experience
- Prior experience using Certinia PSA or a comparable system
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office
