Accountabilities
- Organizes and coordinates executive's schedule by arranging appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handles all telephone calls, greets visitors, and composes confidential correspondence.
- Relieves the VP of routine administrative details, including data compilation and analysis.
- Prepares meeting agendas, maintains notes, and implements action items.
- Creates high-quality reports and presentation materials.
- Supports and administers projects for the division/department.
- Maintains robust business relationships with key stakeholders.
- 5+ years of administrative/secretarial experience.
- Two-year degree from business or vocational school desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with integrity.
