Executive Assistant / Executive Officer (Remote – U.S. Based Only)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant / Executive Officer to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team. This is a fully remote role open exclusively to candidates based in the United States.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of managing a broad range of responsibilities with precision and professionalism. You will serve as a critical partner to the leadership team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and strategic objectives are supported effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule across multiple time zones
- Handle confidential correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive team
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other executive-level documentation
- Support travel coordination, logistics, and expense reporting
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments or external stakeholders
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Support strategic initiatives, board reporting, and cross-functional projects as needed
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a remote setting
- Based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion)
- Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity
- Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a startup, nonprofit, or high-growth company environment
- Familiarity with board meeting preparation or investor relations support
- Project management or operations experience
