Escrow Assistant (Remote)


Job Description

  • Provide support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
  • Assist with opening orders, entering transaction data, and preparing standard documents.
  • Support closing activities, including disbursements and follow-up tasks.
  • Gather and organize information from clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is complete.
  • Communicate basic requirements and updates to clients under guidance.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of administrative or escrow-related experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn escrow procedures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum Requirement - HS Diploma or Equivalent.
