Responsibilities

Proofread articles for correct grammar, punctuation, and syntax consistency.
Verify factual accuracy and adherence to established editorial guidelines.
Flag and correct formatting errors and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with writers and editors to clarify ambiguous content.
Maintain version control and track changes in manuscript files.
Meet daily throughput and quality targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in proofreading, editing, or a related function.
Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and style conventions.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle errors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs review tools.
Effective time‐management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
