Position: Engineering Program Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75–$95/hour
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware to cross-functional teams on time.
- Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics efficiently.
- Support budget management and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage procurement and keep track of Purchase Orders diligently.
- Partner with the Logistics team to ensure fast shipping and delivery.
- Manage multiple programs concurrently with precision and attention to detail.
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics.
- Experience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationally.
- Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors, and time zones.
