We are seeking a skilled and analytical E-Commerce Specialist to help us optimize the infrastructure behind our globally recognized programs and digital solutions. What You’ll Do

  1. Promote and optimize our e-commerce end to end product listings, payment gateways, checkout flows.
  2. Analyze sales performances through different channels, and customer journey metrics to uncover actionable insights.
  3. Design and test strategies to improve conversions and customer value (A/B testing, CRO, UX improvements).
  4. Oversee e-commerce-related email automation.
  5. Collaborate with our marketing strategies and techniques to align promotional campaigns with sales operations.
  6. Prepare and analyze marketing performance with insights that drive business decisions.


What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of direct experience in e-commerce or any related remote marketing industry
  • Deep understanding of online customer behavior, CRO, and digital UX.
  • Proficiency in social media platform and data storytelling.
  • Passionate about staying organized and continuous learning, and comfortable working independently.
  • Self-led and growth-oriented—you value personal excellence as much as professional delivery.
