- At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to implement AI and automation within business processes.
- Strong track record of managing complex, influential initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Expertise in diagnosing and simplifying workflows across various functions.
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and balance immediate and long-term needs.
