Director of Educational Strategy, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $400,000/year USD
You've set a clear academic vision in the past and taken ownership of the results. You've led visibly, not from the sidelines. And your work in learning science isn't superficial—you've created something tangible, produced evidence of impact, and earned credibility to present that work publicly. If that describes you, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic leader.
At 2 Hour Learning, we've developed a system in which students achieve learning outcomes twice as quickly, spending only two hours per day. AI-based tutoring, mastery progression models, and a fundamental redesign of traditional classroom approaches underpin these results. The performance data is strong. We now need a leader who can align execution across varied school implementations, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public advocate for a movement rooted in evidence-based learning science.
This is not a role focused on abstract theory. It is a leadership imperative. You will take ownership of academic strategy in action, establish rigorous standards, surface execution shortfalls, and guide high-caliber teams toward measurable results. You will convert our scientific foundations into disciplined operations and champion this model to external audiences.
What You Will Be Doing
Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by coordinating execution across school sites, raising leadership performance standards, and serving as the authoritative public advocate for a movement built on evidence-based science and demonstrated outcomes.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.
