Digital Marketing Manager (Remote Role)

In this role, you will be responsible for owning and scaling customer acquisition efforts across various performance channels, managing multi-million-dollar media budgets, and executing discount programs. Your impact will enhance outreach to pet parents, contributing to the well-being of pets and supporting a multi-brand approach. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate across departments, drive growth strategies, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Accountabilities

  • Own day-to-day management of paid media across multiple channels including Google, YouTube, and social platforms.
  • Plan and manage media budgets with a focus on efficiency metrics such as CPA and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to optimize bidding and audience targeting.
  • Manage relationships with discount program partners and ensure visibility of offers.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies.
  • Lead testing roadmaps for offers and messaging across paid and partner channels.
  • Report on performance across media and discount channels.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media.
  • Proven track record in media buying and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing discount programs or partner marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on efficiency.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
