Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: March 1
Salary: ₦50,000 + ₦10,000 data allowance (₦60,000 total)
We are a growing creative agency looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Social Media & Client Success Manager to join our team.
If you love content creation, client communication, and managing projects from idea to execution — this role is for you.
You will manage a maximum of 5 clients, serving as the primary point of contact between the client and our internal team. You will ensure projects run smoothly, content is delivered on time, and communication is handled professionally.
This is a remote role, but you must be fully available during working hours.
Social Media Management
- Manage up to 5 client accounts.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions and content.
- Ensure scheduled posts go live on time as agreed with clients.
- Publish spontaneous/urgent posts within 24 hours.
- Respond to comments and DMs professionally.
- Respond to all client messages and enquiries within 1 hour during working hours.
Client Communication & Project Management
- Receive briefs and requests from clients.
- Understand the client’s goals clearly before execution.
- Translate and pass detailed briefs to the internal team (graphics team and website personnel).
- Follow up consistently to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure final output aligns with the client’s expectations.
Email Marketing
- Write compelling email copies.
- Schedule and send email campaigns as required by clients.
Team Coordination
- Manage the team on projects assigned to you.
- Guide and support the department intern.
- Provide clarity, structure, and direction when needed.
General Responsibilities
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by your line manager.
- Attend scheduled virtual meetings.
- Be available for Client's experiential activities. (Events, exhibitions, etc)
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Basic understanding of content strategy and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects without missing deadlines.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Leadership ability to coordinate small teams.

- Stable internet access.
- Reliable electricity supply.
