Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Excel Expert to support remote operations by accurately managing, cleaning, and maintaining large datasets using Microsoft Excel. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with advanced Excel capabilities who enjoy working with data, spreadsheets, and structured workflows in a fully remote environment.

The Data Entry Excel Expert plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reporting readiness, supporting teams across operations, finance, research, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain high-volume data in Excel spreadsheets with exceptional accuracy
  • Clean, validate, and standardize datasets to ensure consistency and usability
  • Use advanced Excel functions to organize and process data efficiently
  • Apply formulas, functions, and formatting to support reporting and analysis
  • Identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies in data
  • Create and maintain structured templates, trackers, and logs
  • Generate basic reports, summaries, and dashboards when required
  • Follow data quality standards, documentation guidelines, and deadlines
  • Collaborate remotely with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative data support
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines independently
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work
