About the role

We are looking for a BI / Analytics Engineer to help us build internal data pipelines and business reporting systems used by leadership teams across multiple companies.

This is a long-term remote contractor role with stable workload and predictable hours.

You will work directly with technical leadership and stakeholders to turn raw operational data into reliable financial and operational reporting.

We are not looking for a dashboard designer - this role focuses on modelling data correctly so the business can make decisions.

What you will do

Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines (Python / SQL)
Model datasets for reporting and finance
Design PowerBI dashboards used by management
Integrate multiple data sources (CRM, ERP, APIs, operational systems)
Improve data reliability and definitions of KPIs
Automate recurring reports
Help structure a scalable data warehouse

Tech stack

SQL (required)

REST APIs / data ingestion
Azure / GCP or similar cloud (basic usage is enough)
Git

Nice to have:

dbt
Airflow / scheduled jobs
experience with financial or operational reporting

What we are looking for

Strong SQL and data modelling mindset
Able to understand business logic behind metrics
Comfortable working independently
Communicates clearly in English
Interested in long-term collaboration rather than short freelance projects

Contract & compensation

Remote (Europe or LATAM)
Long-term contractor engagement
Stable workload (30-40 hrs/week)
€16-18 per hour depending on experience
