JOB SUMMARY: The DAI Product Solutions Associate Director is a key leader responsible for advancing business-critical initiatives across technology enabled site identification, clinical development insights and site identification projects. This role will drive the integration and utilization of multi-source data analytics, provide actionable insights in support of end-to-end clinical solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert to the Product Management team for the development of automated site identification and insights applications. This position partners cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of innovative, scalable and data-driven solutions that meet both current and emerging business needs, utilizing and improving current methodologies.

- Serves as the business subject matter expert between DAI Solutions and Product Management, translating business, clinical, and user requirements into actionable product initiatives for automated site identification and insights applications.
- Collaborates with product management in developing product roadmaps, feature requirements, and validation plans relating to analytical tools and systems for site strategy.
- Utilizes data analytics to identify, monitor, and present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, including protocol development and feasibility strategy.
- Lead strategic initiatives that address client-specific business needs relevant to feasibility, site strategy, and data-driven clinical insights and transform service-based approaches to self-serve technology approaches.
- Plans, manages, and executes feasibility and site identification projects, leveraging multiple data sources (internal and external) and advanced analytics methodologies.
- Leads the collection, integration, and interpretation of data for competitive landscape analysis, enrollment modeling, and site feasibility across diverse therapeutic areas.
- Develops and delivers presentations and reports for customers, stakeholders, and internal leadership, translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable strategies.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends, data sources, analytics technologies, and regulatory guidelines, integrating this intelligence into ongoing initiatives.
- Manages, resources, and deliverables, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of projects and services.
- Leads and participates in client meetings, product development workshops, and cross-functional project teams.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, science, engineering, mathematics, or data-centric field
- Advanced degree preferred (MS, MPH, MBA, PhD)
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience utilizing analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, SQL) to develop data visualizations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ direct experience collaborating with product management in developing digital solutions or analytics platforms for clinical research or hospital/healthcare settings.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in clinical strategy, data analytics, site identification or feasibility at a sponsor or clinical research organization.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate, interpret and utilize multiple data sources (e.g. EHR, claims, public registries, proprietary data).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical matters to both specialized and non-specialized audiences to translate service-based solutions to self-serve technology products.
- Background in fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA, 21CFR Part 11, GCP, GDPR) and best practices in clinical data management/analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project and the ability to produce detailed reports and presentations using these tools.
