Core Responsibilities
As a Croatian-speaking Travel Specialist, your duties will involve:
- Communication: Managing a high volume of customer interactions (inbound/outbound via phone, email, and live chat) in both Croatian and English.
- Support & Resolution: Effectively and kindly resolving customer issues related to reservations, changes, cancellations, payments, and general use of the travel platform.
- Expertise: Becoming proficient in the client's system, rules, and procedures to provide accurate and thorough information.
- Record Keeping: Meticulously documenting all customer contacts, feedback, and outcomes within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Service Excellence: Consistently maintaining top-tier professional standards and communication quality, meeting all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues and managers to pinpoint recurring issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery.
Language Fluency (Must Have)
- Croatian: Native or Fully Fluent (C2 level). Essential for clear and professional communication, both spoken and written.
