Key Duties and Accountabilities
In your capacity as a Croatian-Speaking Customer Support Agent, your primary tasks will involve:
- Handling Communication: Managing a substantial volume of customer contacts (inbound and outbound) through various channels (telephone, email, and instant messaging) in both Croatian and English.
- Query Resolution: Providing efficient, thoughtful, and professional solutions to customer inquiries related to reservations, modifications, cancellations, billing issues, and general technical support for the platform.
- System Knowledge: Rapidly acquiring and maintaining detailed knowledge of the client's booking system, policies, and operational guidelines to deliver precise and comprehensive support.
- Documentation: Diligently logging all customer interactions, feedback, and final resolutions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Quality Adherence: Upholding rigorous standards of professional conduct and communication quality in every interaction, ensuring compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Internal Liaison: Working closely with team members and supervisors to proactively identify recurring service issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in customer processes.
Linguistic Requirements (Essential)
- Croatian: Native-level or near-native fluency (C2 proficiency). Must be able to communicate flawlessly, both orally and in writing, in professional settings.
- English: High-level intermediate proficiency (B2 minimum). Necessary for mandatory training sessions, internal team communications, and technical documentation.
- Applicants must hold legal authorization to work remotely from Greece and maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities across the two required languages.
