Position: CRM/ERP Business Analysis Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Salary; $1,500- Total Salary

PURPOSE STATEMENT: Oversee CRM/ERP implementation, optimization, management for efficiency, engagement, data-driven decisions. Analyze business needs, improve workflows, ensure process/technology integration.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Duties): CRM Strategy & Optimization, ERP System Management, Business Process Analysis, Data Analysis & Segmentation, Automation & Workflow Management, Performance Reporting, Stakeholder Collaboration, Regulatory Compliance, User Training & Support, Vendor & System Management.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs): CRM adoption/utilization, ERP efficiency/uptime, Customer engagement metrics, Accuracy of insights/reports, Automation success, Compliance, System issue resolution time.

KEY FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Sales & Marketing, Operations & Finance, IT & Technical Teams, Senior Management.
External: CRM & ERP Vendors, Implementation Consultants, Regulatory Bodies.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Education: Bachelor's in Business Admin, IT or related (Essential). Certification in CRM/ERP (Essential).
Master's in Business Analysis/Data Analytics (Desirable). Project Management Certification (Desirable).
HubSpot (Essential), any other tool would be a bonus.
Hubspot Implementation and onboarding experience

Experience: Proven CRM/ERP management experience. Strong analytical skills. Process automation/workflow improvement experience. Data reporting tools experience.
Construction tech industry experience (Desirable). Cloud-based ERP/CRM knowledge (Desirable).
