- Strong Analytical Skills to review, evaluate, and ensure content accuracy and quality
- Excellent Communication skills to provide constructive feedback and collaborate with team members
- Customer Service experience to understand user needs and ensure content aligns with audience expectations
- Basic Technical Support knowledge to assist in managing digital tools used for content creation and review
- Training skills to guide team members or clients on content-related processes and tools
- Attention to detail, time management abilities, and a proactive mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
