Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Beauty Brand) - Remote

Location: Remote (Must have a strong understanding of the UAE market)

Pay: Monthly (based on agreed package of videos, stories, and visuals)


About the Role: We're looking for a remote Social Media Manager & Content Creator to drive our organic growth. You won’t just showcase products, you’ll build a dedicated community on TikTok and Instagram through natural, aesthetic, and professional videos (2–3 per week), engaging daily Stories, and striking AI-generated visuals. Your goal is to create high-retention content that scales our brand reach naturally within the UAE and beyond.


What You’ll Do:


  • Video Creation: Create high-quality, aesthetic Reels and TikToks designed for virality, community engagement, and organic growth.
  • Daily Stories: Manage and design interactive Instagram Stories to keep our current audience hooked and drive daily engagement.
  • AI Visuals: Leverage AI tools to generate stunning, brand-aligned lifestyle and product photos to supplement our feed.
  • Market-Tailored Content: Film or voiceover in English (Arabic is a strong plus) with a deep understanding of what resonates with the UAE consumer.
  • Storytelling: Focus on authentic storytelling and high-impact hooks that convert viewers into loyal followers.
  • Consistency: Communicate proactively and deliver consistently to maintain account momentum.

    • An aesthetic eye with a proven ability to shoot and edit professional, organic video content.
    • Proficiency and willingness to adopt AI tools for creative photo generation.
    • Comfortable on camera (or highly skilled at faceless aesthetic content) with a focus on relatable hooks.
    • A strong interest in natural skincare, organic beauty trends, and community building.
