You’ll ensure loans are accurate, complete, and ready for closing, while partnering closely with colleagues across lending and underwriting. In this role you'll
- Manage loan files from approval through closing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review loan documents for Consumer and Small Business (QuickStep) loans.
- Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and customers to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze and approve property insurance, title policies, and UCC searches in line with bank policy.
- Coordinate with title companies, insurance agents, and third-party vendors to keep files moving smoothly.
- Work closely with Lending Officers, Underwriters, and Credit Analysts to clear conditions and ensure loans are ready for closing.
- Maintain detailed system records and track progress to meet service standards.
- Identify issues early and recommend process improvements that support efficiency and consistency.
- You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- You have 2 or more years of experience in consumer or small business lending or processing (Required).
- An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- You bring working knowledge of consumer and small business lending products.
- You stay organized, manage multiple files at once, and keep tasks moving.
- You’re comfortable navigating lending systems such as nCino or Jack Henry.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well with both internal partners and customers.
- You have strong attention to detail and can spot documentation discrepancies quickly.
- You understand compliance expectations and loan policy requirements.

- Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $ 24.19 - 31.87
