Commission-Based Sales Representative – Digital Marketing (Remote)

We are a full-service digital marketing agency offering SEO, websites, audits, and custom growth strategies for small and medium-sized businesses. We operate on performance and results—and we’re building a serious sales team to scale.


Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role (10–20% per closed sale).

Top performers will be considered for a future salaried position as the company grows.


Role Summary

We’re seeking experienced, driven sales professionals who can generate and close new business. This role requires high-volume outbound activity and creative prospecting. You’ll be responsible for sourcing leads, engaging prospects, and closing deals for our marketing services.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to business owners and decision-makers

• Build and manage lead lists

• Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach

• Follow up with warm and cold prospects

• Present digital marketing solutions and close sales

• Test and execute creative outbound strategies, including:

• Cold calling (primary channel)

• Cold email campaigns

• LinkedIn DM outreach

• Instagram & Facebook business page DMs

• Google Maps prospecting

• Local business directories

• Chamber of Commerce member lists

• Yelp, Clutch, UpCity business listings

• Website contact forms + structured follow-ups

• Partnerships with freelancers, web developers, and agencies

• Re-activating old leads and past prospects

• Networking in niche online communities and groups

• Maintain basic CRM notes and pipeline updates


Requirements

• Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)

• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound sales

• Strong communication, objection-handling, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

• Entrepreneurial mindset (you create opportunities, not wait for inbound leads)
