Role Description

The Client Success Specialist is an experience optimizer and crafts meaningful connections with the team and our customers to deepen brand affinity and ensure the seamless delivery of our services.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, great organizational skills, ability to meet critical deadlines and maintain data integrity, confidence with handling inbound and outbound calls, juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and being comfortable with regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment on sensitive matters. The Client Success will work closely with leadership to drive service adoption and conversion across multiple sectors.

Must-haves:

Strong WiFi connection
Own a computer and a phone
Affinity for new software applications
Proficiency/Fluency in English (majority of your time will be spent answering phone calls)

Role responsibilities:

Prepare quote packages and proposals
Answer all incoming calls, provide service recommendations, and handle objections
Nurture leads via email/text to convert them into customers
Optimize appointment scheduling to ensure efficient travel
Resolve customer complaints
Track account receivables
Collect due balances
Maintain weekly sales reports
Support executive functions
Conduct outreach efforts to grow commercial accounts
